Dr. Amber Sala is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida
where she became a third generation chiropractor in her family. Originally
from Michigan, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Health Fitness in
Preventative & Rehabilitative Programs and Nutrition at Central Michigan University.
Throughout chiropractic school, Dr. Amber engaged in a yoga practice and was intrigued to learn that both chiropractic and yoga place a huge emphasis on the health of your spine. In turn, she went on to become a
Registered Yoga Teacher in Vinyasa flow yoga and believes that yoga is a perfect complement to chiropractic care.
Dr. Amber focuses on correcting muscular imbalances, postural abnormalities, and spinal dysfunction. Dr. Amber is also certified in fascial movement taping through Rocktape.
She has experience in utilizing active release technique (ART), instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), flexion distraction technique, chiropractic biophysics (CBP), and is also trained to adjust animals through veterinary referral.
